Come winter, and Gujarat, one of the fastest developing states in India, erupts into ‘Oondhiyo fever’. It is one dish that every self respecting Gujarati must learn to make and serve in the cold winter months. It is an elaborate dish, but I am giving here, a quicker but equally tasty version.
